Yeah, I would like a sitting G3! But who knows about packaging, because the packaging stuff looked different in other countries for foreign G1s. Not all the time, but sometimes. Of course they still had the plastic bubble on the card, and this radically different.

I don't know....my guess is that they are real because of the logo, but ya never know. Maybe we're finally starting to see some foreign G3 variants?

A few things:

#1 Does the lady work for Hasbro or something, lol. Maybe they are testing the market on Ebay to see if how everyone reacts? Probably not, but that would be nice ;)...And if so I think the sitting one is horrible..I want Bubbles pose

#2 The Tween pony looks too much like SunShimmer for me.

#3 In the picture of the pink pony in the case. I can see the mane. The flash is probably the reason you don't see a seperation between the body and the head. It's hard to get a good picture all the time.
I'm curious what that wand is? Maybe it's another Magic symbol? Only appears with water and the wand or something along those lines?

If they're Brazilian, why aren't they in Portuguese? I mean, I know they speak Spanish there, but wouldn't they put packaging in Portuguese?

Maybe those aren't meant as real PONIES, but as a fast-food promotion or something. :dontgetit: Well, you know, stuff that you can find in a bag of whatever. That would explain the poor packaging and the quality of a toy.

I notice that the first two don't have the Hasbro symbol, they have something that looks like "candide" on the cardboard of the package. I'm guessing these are merchandise that Hasbro has let someone make My Little Ponies of. Someone suggested candied-filled bodies. That makes sense. That's what I'm guessing these are, and the "tween" Pony we saw on a previous auction was a prototype for this.

well whatever they are i hope the tween ponies come out.i would pay $5 a piece easily.

If these are fakies, doesn't that mean the previous ones are too? Which means no metallic-winged pegs

I too think they're going to be produced as "related" MLP products like those weird G3s with the lollipops stuck in their heads were. The fact that the ponies are in baggies and have Minty and Sunny Daze's symbols makes me suspect this strongly. (The sitting "lollipop" pony I have has Sunny Daze's symbol, but is white with dark purple hair . . . The Rainbow Dash one I have is blue with yellow hair.)

The seller is in Hong Kong and has had other prototypes up on eBay before (mostly action figures). I think he must have access to the factories or factory workers and is sneaking them out.

I think they look like more prototypes, with the little symbols, on elooks like Minty and the other like Sunny Daze. Maybe these are mock-ups of how they'll be sold.

I don't really like the sitting pose, the back legs look very painful but it's exciting if it indicates a new range.

Did anyone see the Waterfire he was selling, either the camera was in terrible light or she's a very odd colour! And what's with the prototype with the hair and the cheap looking accessories, it's supposed to be 8 1/2 inches too.

It's pretty weird, if some of these are fakies Hasbro better sort them out as they're pushing way to far!

mmmm candy and ponies, two of my most favorite things!

The clincher that makes me really want to doubt the authenticity of these ponies is the lack of Hasbro's corporate lable. There's a little green blot that looks like an imitation of it....but it says something other than Hasbro.

That said, I really hope that we do get a sitting pony. I always liked my 'Seashell' pony that I had as a kid (who was, oddly enough, the only pony that could jump through the hoops that came with the 'Dream Castle').
