So weird! I really do NOT like the sitting one, but the tween is pretty cute! How strange! Wow! All this really makes me wonder what Hasbro is planning for the Holidays and for 2006!

Something about the one in the plastic box reminds me of the Pinkie Pie Play Doh pony.

I would love to have a sitting pony too, but I'm not willing to fork out the cash for these.... :sigh:

My MOC Argie Alitas. It has the logo of the company that makes it, Top Toys, I believe as long as it says somewhere on the package copyrite Hasbro, then the product is officially Hasbrokens.

The exact G-3 Logo for the ponies, on this package, is what makes me believe that this is a genuine pony.

Though i am wary of this seller. First off, i dont know if this means anything, but the Item Location is in HK, but they are offering Standard Flat Rate Shipping (within the US), How is it that the pony is making it to the US to be shipped? :dontgetit:

Second. I was inquiring to the seller about some of the "prototypes" they have for sale. I wanted to see a rear view of them. ya'know a shot from the ponies bum? His/her responce? "They are stamped Hasbro copyrite 2005". Uhh, thats not what i asked. :dontgetit:

Third. one of the prototype auctions for ONE pony, actually shows 2 ponies.



Thats the pictures from ONE auction. someone explain to me HOW the pony's head can face you no matter which way you turn the pony? :dontgetit:

Sorry but we don't speak in spanish here, just portuguese, and i know that brand "Candide" that's written on the cart, it's a brazilian toy factory, but i've heard no word of them getting copyrights from Hasbro. And some logos that's behing are also well know here too (ABRINQ)
I'll see if i can contact the factory, maybe they have some news to tell

Candide is like TopToys, they make...well...Toys. just like El Greco (for the Greek ponies)

It will be exciting if these are genuine foreign varients, but if so, I'm very disappointed in the quality of these. Just going by my gut, I think there's something very wrong with these. The only one that seems as though it could be real, is the plain pink pony with various accessories. At least it's using what appears to be a real Hasbro mold, but it does also appear to me that it does not have a neck seam. I don't think it's the camera, since there's no flash or distortion in that part of the picture.

Who's the seller? Does he/she lives in Brazil?

Cees, I did a search under My Little Pony prototype and did come upon the seller in question.

This person has several auctions of prototypes that appear real, but as was mentioned earlier, they picture two different poses for an auction that is supposedly for one pony. Also, he/she lists several "varients" of common G3's, but doesn't explain what the varient IS. There's nothing different about them to me. As for the Waterfire he has listed, I think the weird hair color is because of the picture, honestly.
