Can't glue a blank prototype's head in place...that's a waste of glue that could have been used on a finished pony, know what I mean? Despite Hasbro's mass use of unneccessary plastic in their packaging, I don't think they'd waste anything else like that LOL.

wow, thats just wierd...i dunno what to think about them. i hope hasbro isnt letting their ponies turn into those, that would really make me mad!

I'm listening! Actually, I think it's that everybody's posting replies at the same time. As long as we're being detectives, your posts are listed as being written at the same time as those that aren't "listening". LOL

It does explain the reason that those poses are always facing the camera, but since I've seen numerous prototypes identical to the ones in those auctions, I don't think THEIR authenticity was ever in question, just the integrity of the seller overall.

Like you, Wysteria, I question the authenticity of the ponies that were originally posted in this thread. I don't believe they're authentic MLP at all, until/unless I'm proven wrong, that is. There was another thread around here somewhere with more pictures of so-called "tweens" and those metallic-winged pegasus ponies. I don't believe those are real, either. We'd have seen SOME indication about their existance from either Hasbro or WIA, or at least Bills Toys & Games, before seeing them pop up on eBay. That's just my opinion.

The yellow pony has got Sunny Daze's symbol! Grr...those are so fake. Why do they have the MLP official logo?!

I asked the seller what was under the feet of the bagged ones,his reply,made in china,they look fake to me except for the loose white one

i think those are fakies- at list the yellow one and the sitting one, someone could easily put them in a nylon bag and glue the logo to it... i even for a moment thought someone used paper clip to put the bag and the logo together....

i guess eventually we'll find out if they're official ponies or not. :nervous:

Well, I think I'm going to try shooting Hasbro a word about this and just see what they say. Because I'm interested to find out if this is real...or fakie. The yellow pony who has the weird Sunny Daze symbol has shown up twice now, that mold at least, this time in a supposedly true Hasbro bag ( at least listed MLP by the seller ).

So we'll see what happens.

Well, no word from Candide yet, but i've contacted the seller too. He said it was a cancelled product and he said he'll send me a better pic of the card, so i can read it and see if maybe i can find out something

I've contacted Hasbro. I prepared a document for them with pictures of the ponies in this thread as well as in the first thread that had to do with this seller's ponies.

I didn't include any seller information, only pictures and a slight description of each in the document, as well as the main letter.

Hopefully they'll reply to me within the next few days.
