Okay guys, sorry if you all already know about this... But remember the seller who was selling those supposed "prototype" G3's before, and the "tween" pony?

I was checking the newly listed's on eBay and that same seller is at again with some more WEIRD stuff that I've never seen before!

The first appears to be a sitting G3?? She's in a bag and has the G3 logo...it looks like she has three different colored peppermints for her symbol. O_O The seller lists her as an unknown pony from Brazil?





The next one looks like a TWEEN pony mint in a bag! She's yellow with pink hair and has a pink sun as her symbol, I think? O_O;; Also listed as an unknown from Brazil...?





Last one that I found is some WEIRD G3 in a kind of plastic pink box... She's pink and comes with a purple staff with a star on top and some other stuff. In the pictures it looks almost like she has no mane or symbol! This is so weird!


I don't know if this has been posted before but I had to type this up, especially after seeing the sitting G3! Does Brazil get ponies before U.S.? O.O;;?

Wow .. that sitting one is hideous! I'd guess that one to be a fakie, as it borrows heavily from Minty's symbol, and it is also shaped weird. Hasbro would never produce such a mold. The back legs are too big, and the eyes too small. The Mexican and Brazil MIB also look like knock offs that someone is trying to pass off as real MLP. Once again, the poses/molds are terrible and unbalanced compared to the quality of true Hasbro G3s (never mind Bow Tie's huge head).

Does the Waterfire they have for auction look like a different colour than the one in stores or do you think it's just the picture?

The tween ponies look cheaply made as well. The packaging says nothing about names, and the yellow one has a simple sun as a symbol. It's like Hasbro allowed some knock off company to use the MLP name to sell cheap inferior ponies in other countries. I can't see it being legit, but ... who knows!

I was thinking fakie too, the sitting one seems to have smaller eyes or something, I can't tell what's off but something is. The yellow looks like that weird pink "tween" pony that was floating around for a bit...no idea on that one...

Can't say about the pink thing in the box either ( LOL ). I feel bad calling it that but...honestly it looks like it has no mane, unless it's tucked behind it or something!

Then hasbroken is going to have a field day with these "fakies" for using their logo. Thats a violation of copyrite laws.

Thats my proof that they are fairly real

Most people don't seem to like a lot of the "new" ones ( or rumored to be new ones ) that this seller is coming up with, though. o.o

Hmmm .. I don't know .. I wouldn't put it past someone to try and pass these off in countries like Brazil and Mexico, where they would feel it would go unnoticed. There a fake products all over the place from clothes to DVDs that unscrupulous companies try and pass off as real. Hasbro may have issues once in awhile with glue and dirt on ponies, but their pony design and even packaging design are miles above these ponies pictured in this thread. How disappointing it would be if their quality were to drop so drastically.

Does that pony in the plastic house one piece? I.E. no break between head and body?

I wouldn't put it past someone either. My friend from China has told me all the kind of bootleg, rip-off stuff she's seen there in her travels ( of course that does mean CHEAPNESS for DVDs and stuff ) ...

I agree that the packaging on these girls, at least the first two, isn't consistent from what we've seen from Hasbro. I'm not sure if packaging shows up differently in different countries though...? Don't hold this to me; I really have no idea. *just wondering aloud xD*

I get the impression with that last pony that it might be like a "design your own pony"? Especially without a symbol on her, and random accessories to fancy her up. I can't say though. I can't read any Spanish so...can't help with that...

All of it is weird, though, to say the least.

I'd LOVE it if they made sitting G3's! But, as has been said, that mold looks a bit strange... mostly it's those squinty little eyes. Hopefully they will polish that one up a bit before release!

I really did not like the pink "tween" pony, but this yellow one looks rather nice! Cute little thing. ^.^
