There's so many! The best smells, I think, are ones where the smell evokes a feeling of contentment or joy. I like to smell things like roses, too, but the smells that give me a feeling like that are usually more down-to-earth things like:

Christmas tree/pine--I LOVE this! Can't wait to get a tree or a wreath or something!
Rich, humusy dirt
Cocoa
Coffee
G1 Pony smell
The beach
Woodsmoke
Baking bread
Cinnamony-spicy baked things
Really fresh air (after several years in Chicago, this one really gets me happy)
