If you're qualified to be a minion, then you would definitely qualify as a crony, since I always figured minions were at the top level.

Also, applicants must be willing to relocate to a cold climate (I chose Antarctica, and specifically Mt. Erebus, as my base of operations). Additionally, you must be able to withstand the following songs on a regular basis:

The Chicken Dance
99 Red Balloons (both the English and German versions)
Woo-Hoo (see the Kill Bill Soundtrack or the Vonage commercials for reference on that one)
