I haven't been to the dentist in years-I don't like the dentist...
My Gyn I see every year-mostly to get months of free BC (He is a family friend-and yes that used to freak me out when I was younger. *grins*)
I also see my neurologist every 6 months to a year.

I am so scared of the gyn it's not even funny. Until this fall I hadn't been to one since I was like 19.

I'd get bad colds and even a severe bladder infection that even made me have hallucinations when I still had medical insurance, and have been to the hospital due to a severe cold virus, as well as a dogbite from a dog who hadn't had a rabies shot. All of this happened when we lived in Kentucky in a town called West Point, which the Native Americans used to call Death Valley because no human could survive there. Once we moved to Virginia when I was 12, all of that stopped for me and my immune system has gone through the roof. It's hard for me to contract a bad cold, unless you count congestion *ugh*, and I haven't had any more infections or anything like that. I'm lucky to get 1 cold a year. I take care of my body the best that I can, and the only thing I'm worried about is if I get sick enough to go to the hospital or break a bone or something

Well SH I'm glad you don't get sick all the time:). I go to gyn every year like I mentioned I like her though she is really sweet and gets things done fast :). I haven't been to the dentist in years and I'm not fond of them. I should go thought it's been over 10 years>.<. I don't have any cavities well just tiny pits but nothing hurts so I think I'm ok. When something hurts I guess I'll go>.<

I have a tiny, pinprick-sized cavity in one molar and a fissure-type one at the gumline of one of my incisors >.< As soon as I get dental insurance, which I hope is soon, I'll be going.

I've had one GYN exam and that was when I was 9. O_O She didn't even tell me she was going to do it, she was just like *shove*. Needless to say it was shocking and excruciating and that's the main reason why I haven't been to a doctor in 12 years, besides the fact that physical exams freak me out SO much :'(
