Hi everyone! So sorry to have missed out some of your questions! Here are some replies:

StarearedKid - The boxes still look like a pain to open, they are definitely not bubbles which are stuck onto backcards...:( I'm not really sure how to explain how the box is like, but it's like a plastic front cover and the back is the backcard and it's held together by scotch tape? (Geez, sorry for the lousy explanation! :()

Tu - Sorry, but I don't have a old G3 box with me to do a comparison picture! I'm staying over at my bf's for the timebeing as one of his cats just had surgery and I need to look after it Wish I could help though...

Rad - Unfortunately, the ponies hooves are stuck in those well things...:( Oh, and there are no pamplets inside.

Ohh wow no pamplets....what is hasbro thinking....???

No idea...it's been a long time since I saw a pony with pamphlets inside..:( Even my Winters III don't have pamphlets..

Oh! I forgot to add! The brushes that came with the Crystal Princess ponies are the same brushes, they are the ones with the "ribbon" Thought I'd let you all know!

I think that might be region exclusive then...because I've bought the winters here, and they had pamphlets. Even the bloody 'Minty Christmas' DVD had one.

Here in North America we just love excessive advertising.

Lol! I actually got the Winters from Australia, QLD during my recent birthday vacation a week ago. Perhaps the "Australia-Asia" region does get pamphlets? I don't remember seeing a pamphlet for a reallyyyyyyy long time here in Singapore

Is anyone else besides myself worried because there only seem to be two of each type of pony in the assortment, instead of the usual 4....??

where did you find them out (store...country). will they be in the us before xmas? did they have pony pointes on the package?

They are found in Singapore I have no idea whether they will be in the US before X'mas...sorry. As for the packaging, there aren't any pony points.
