I really really wanna! I want to get out the tree and unwrap the ornaments and lay out the pretty fluffy white skirt and light gingerbread-scented candles...

For me Christmas season starts in Dec. And definately not the day after thanksgiving. Man at work the radio station we listen to started playing oldies christmas music the day after thanksgiving. An eight hour shift of that is enough to drive anyone insane.

Ha ha! We have Thanksgiving in October in Canada so there's nothing to stop me (except my husband who put everything in storage until midNovember). I put up my nativity scene today and listened to Christmas music (he didn't get those)... I love Christmas but it all ends Jan 1 so I like to get an early start. If your tree is fake, I'd totally do... mine is and if my hubby hadn't convinced me that we should wait until after our midNovember diner party as our place is so small... at least I have my nativity, and he doesn't mind the music "whatever makes you happy" he says...

Its too early. Usually Hanukah is WAY before Christmas, except for this year-so Rich cuts me a break and lets me decorate for Hanukah so it won't be left out. *grins*

We get a real tree now, because our cats loved climbing and "nesting" in the fake one-but they won't climb up a real one.

So we have to wait until at least December to do it.

Haha, my sister and I had the same dilema the other day! In our family we always put up our tree on the first weekend of December, but its sooo tempting! Putting up the tree always puts me in such a good mood!!

I'm going to decorate the house right before we go on vacation for Thanksgiving, because I won't be back until the middle of December. I want it all set up when I come home.

we have the christmas pageant (parade thingy in case u guys dont have them where u are) this weekend and then as far as im concerned christmas in on for young and old! Im putting mine up this weekend I cant wait i love christmas sooooooo much!
