I want to put up the two fake ones we have but my hubby said noppa Halloween has to come down first >.<. I am going to start tomorrow take me a whole week to get it done oy! You know it's hard not to want to put up the tree I keep seeing holiday stuff out>.<

The Wal-mart by us was playing X-mas music the day after Halloween... and so was K-Mart. X/

I usually don't put up the tree until after Thanskgiving. I *am* already putting lights up around the windows, though.



Here's last year's tree - I used my aluminum tree, and Cool-Brite blinkers on the windows, and decorated in a very sparse modern way like it was 1965 I think I'm going to have a real tree this year, and use a lot more lights, and glow in the dark icicles.

I snuck the stockings out of the closet and hung them up in the living room, just to test how my husband would react...

LOL, I put mine and all my decorations up yesterday. My excuse was that I wouldn't have time to do it later because of work. (I'm on vacation this week) My husband didn't seem to mind too much, but he refuses to drink the egg nog.

I want to put ours up to, but my bf said to wait until Dec 1. Maybe I can talk him into sooner. It's so hard because I already bought quite a few gifts and I have to wrap them right away or I'll give them to the kids early (I'm bad) or they will find them. So now I have wrapped gifts just sitting around. It looks a little silly.
