Yes, they employ their own customs personnel. This is not the same as the brokerage companies that charge the fees. Customs fees (duties and taxes) are completely separate from brokerage fees.
I work for UPS. I explain this to people every single day at my job. Unless my training manuals are wrong, I think I know what I'm talking about here.

Needless to say -- I always ship with USPS. I've never lost a package with them. And I get TONS of packages, LOL! The P.O. people all know me well.  |
