What exactly is a winter baby?

there are no winter babies sold at Target...they were sold at USA Meijers (or however you spell that...lol). They are these two baby G3 mlp's that were only sold at Meijers this year. They each came with little Xmas clothes on like the Target exclusive winter adult MLP's. They are in high demand as not all people have a Meijers near them (like me).

Ribbons and Bows is the pink one and Jingle Jangle is the white one. I forget how we got the names, but that was what we finally came up with!

Meijer is only in 5 states, so they have a very limited distribution in the US. They are now in Singapore, apparently as a "surprise" for collectors there. Who knows how many they have, though. And they are a bit more expensive there, at around $7.50 each, when Meijer had them for $3.99 each. I guess we just called them Winter Babies, since they have the winter accessories, and fit in with the Target adult Winter series theme.

only at meijer's stores, don' tknow if there are any at canada, you can see on their website, i bet!

i dont' understand why hasbro does this. they did the same thing with pepperberry. They just want to drive us nuts!

Where was Pepperberry released? I can't remember.

Most of the exclusives never make it here anyway, or they appear two years later I'm so pleased they made it to Singapore though, even if the price is higher!

LadyG, pepperberry was exclusive to KBtoys stores in the US.

the slh set is caribbean delight and beach belle, and they were only sold at menards which is a hardware type store (like lowes or home depot) and is different from meijers. hasbro sure has sent things to a lot of weird places this year....grrr!
