My most vivid pony memory is not a happy one...

but I will share it anyway.
In 1987 I went on a trip with my family to Washington D.C. I was 6 years old. I remember I had my brand new Morning Glory with me. I don't remember perfectly, but I feel like I had just gotten her on the trip. We were taking a cab to the Air and Space museum and when we got out of the cab, I discovered that I had lost one of her flutter wings. I was completely devastated...I remember crying hysterically.
Morning Glory remained one of my childhood favorites...in fact I have her sitting with me right now. She's still a beauty, even without her wings.
