My cousin has just phoned, all of a dither. She was returning a kettle (her Christmas present from her husband!!!!) and Hidden Treasure, the Amusement Park, the Adventure Set and Sweet Reflections Dress Shop are all reduced.

The dress shop, including 4 ponies, is apparently £5.99! Just thought I'd share this with you all.

Cousin Carole has bought the BI Adventure Set for half price - £19.99 - the Dress Shop for £5.99 instead of £19.99 (including Darling Dhalia, Goodie Goodie, Periwinkle and Skywishes).

But by the time she got on the queue the last Hidden Treasure had gone. The woman in front bought 4. They were £2.49 each! No doubt to be sold on ebay!

wow thats so cheap!! I wish i needed the BI playset but i don't have room and i have baby honolulu! I got the dress up shop before xmas reduced to £14.99 and i thought that was a good deal!

I thought of that playset as I passed RIGHT by the freaking door of the place yesterday, and decided I coldn't afford it.

Cousin Carole sitting here, positively GLOATING!!!! She is so thrilled that "Auntie Carole" will be giving these as birthday, or perhaps Easter pressies! Apparently, the Amusement Park is a tenner, but she knew Rebecca had that.

She got the money back for the kettle her husband bought her (he has had a lousy Christmas!) and has bought herself a very pretty, and very expensive watch - NOT from Argos!

Angelberries, you poor thing! Please don't cry! Could you afford the Amusement Par, that's a tenner apparently.

I too am absolutely broke, and just a wee bit scared of my credit card bill arriving. Though I don't think it will be a "bill", more of a "William"!!

I think Tescos is getting the amusment park for £16.... there was a label on the shelf, but it said not available.

Angelberries, the Sweet Reflections Dress Shop is £5.99. Just £5.99 for 4 ponies and a dress shop! Do you not have anything to sell? Or could you put on a nice warm scarf and sing some jolly songs to your neighbours?

Or you could get the butterfly island, keep the pony and sell the playset itself.

Garej, Scarlet... those are both fab ideas, and I have xmas money left over to the tune of both those prices.... but I'll never get back to Argos in time before they sell out!! 0.o and £5.99 sounds SO good... *wahhhhh*

Why don't you go on line, to Argos, and you can order them from your nearest store? They'll keep them for 2 days.

In fact, go on now, order them (if they are in stock, and please could you order me a Hidden Treasures Set if they have them at your branch), and then, if you can't get down tomorrow to collect, re-order every day, until you CAN go!
