I remember paying $17 for an average condition Sunlight, she was the 2nd or 3rd pony I ever bought on eBay and I wanted her so bad. Obviously since then I wised up and she has since been replaced with a mint Sunlight who cost me <$5!
So did anyone else pay stupid prices like theis when they were a newbie?

My first eBay pony purchase (actually my first eBay purchase ever!) was a fair condition SS North Star for $7.50. Not absolutely terrible, but she was dirty and missing a LOT of flocking. Ah well.
Edit: By the way, I just adore your sig, SpecialK!

oh LOADS of my ponies! my two current worst buys:
love wishes: $7.50, $15 postage!
BIG THANKYOU to wysteria who let me buy her love wishes instead
SDCC pony, I think I BINed her for $16, but again the postage was crackers.
Hmmm... other than that I've paid some pretty un-barganous things for g1 ponies, but my big spend (thailand baby bows, £15) was for charity so I don't mind
h my gawsh I just noticed the ponies in my signature! *HUGS*

17 dollars for a BnG Ringlets. This was after I bought one for 5 bucks! I only bought the second one because I was paranoid the first one had a hair cut ( which she didnt ) and the second one never arrived anyway ... so I am out 17 bucks ... and no pony .............

I paid a lot for an ok condition Rapunzel but I can't remember exactly what it was. I think it was $480 but then I got a second mintier one for $320.
I paid $50 each for the German babies like Buttons, Hopscotch, Cherries Jubilee and the Nestie babies.
Let's see a really ridiculous one would be $80 for a Brazil Minty that's in almost cutom bait condition. She photographs ok but look at her close up and ouch, she has some battle wounds, lol! I think I only should've paid around $30 for her, lol.

Eeek! I have probably over paid on a lot of things in my time. Hmm, the worst was probably a Moc Sparkler that I paid $50 for which wasn't bad but when I got her the bubble was severly yellowed and cracked, the poor pony was barely in there so I took her out and she had age spots along some of the glitter. Oh well, my daughter still adores her!

I can't remember purchases, but the worst price I sold something for was my completely mint Flower Blossom and TE Bright Eyes for about $10 dollars 5 years ago. Since, I can't seem to find neither in such condition.
