Is anyone getting any responses?
I hate to be the downer but let's keep in mind this is a new member without even an introduction, which we did ask her to do. I would ask for references and check them out.

She just sent me 3 text pages (word) where it was extremely difficult to to find out which pony he / she means with the descriptions. I needed 1 hr to read and understand all.
