HighTideMLP arranged to buy a SS FiFi and Spring fever from me almost a full month ago. I stated in my sale add I must have payment within 7 - 10 days, and that I take MO's only.

First incident was that I got an e mail stateing when could I wait for the money because he had spent it. He said something like, I will try to scrounge up what I can then if you need it now. In my emails and in the sale add, I said I needed the money within a week.

I never heard back so I emailed and got an immediate bounce back. I am still getting bounce backs.

I was here, at the Arena, and I noticed they were inquireing about wanting to buy. So I started PMing.

On March 13th, they stated the MO would go out the very next day. Its April 6th and I still have nothing.

I PMed again an was told they had sent a personal check when I said numerous times, MO only. *sigh* Then I was told on march 26th, they would resend the next day in cash or MO

To this day I have had no more contact and what do ya know, NO MONEY! I also found out that he was tyring to buy the same pony off Garej as well as myself. She never got payment either, and we are both being blocked from e mail.

I would have a look at the MLPTP in the traders section about him. There are a couple of not so good threads about him, currently.

Call off the trade/sale and leave appropriate feedback in the feedback section. Be diplomatic (of course) and only state in simplest terms what has happened. You should never let your emotions get involved in deals. I wouldn't leave bad feedback, but I wouldn't leave good feedback either. Collectors need to know when people don't pull through on a swap.

They are now trying to buy Spring fever off 2 other people. Roy has a past history of being a scammer/thief...I would NOT trust this person.

The deal was already called off a week ago.

I've made a trade with him in the last months and everything was OK: he send me his package first and all was perfect... so perhap's be diplomatic and let him a small chance... I think that he reallt try to be a better trading partner... be diplomatic in you feedback...

I feel so bad for you Strawberry__Swirls. I did try working with you once but as I said I was no longer intersted in the ponies and that was all ok with you and stuff.
With Rory from what I understand, it is beter to have him send his part of the bargin first, and then the other person.
I have no idea why he does what he does, I honestly don't. He was starting to get good feed back again and then he kind of mucked it all back up.

*nod* that fits with my experience. Arranged a trade (I was kind of surprised at the keenness) and nothing's showed up so far. Good job I didn't send my ponies out - it was a part trade part sale, so I was waiting around for the check to turn up..
