I just bought a nice PE on ebay and I am totally happy with the seller except it was said to have "all parts" and it is missing nearly all the accessories. Not all...but more than 10. I emailed the seller asking if they have the rest, but if not what should I do?

did they say 'all parts'? If the seller isn't a 'regular' to mlp's, they may be thinking 'all parts' as in 'all the big pieces are here', especially if the missing items are the flowers, silverware, perfume bottle, etc., they may not have even known it was missing anything.

One front gate is gone, all ceilng fans are gone, and a lot of furniture is gone. Just a couple pieces of furniture are there (couch, chair and bed), but it was in the box so they had a list of what it was supposed to have.

Yeah, stick to your guns, and don't let them get away with this. I'm assuming you spent a pretty penny on it, and a huge part of the price is the accessories. I'd "charge" extra for the smaller accessories that are missing, since they're the easiest to lose, and in turn more valuable.
And make sure you word it politely, giving them no room for alternative. They are going to either send the items, or do a partial refund. If they try to wiggle out of by saying "I didn't know...", you can bring up the list on the box.
I'm sorry that happened to you; I hope they have the parts, since I'm sure you'd rather have them than the money.

SO I heard from the seller who says it was all there except for the ceiling fans and a table when it went to UPS, so it didn't have "all parts" . All of the building is there except for the one gate door and fans. Here is what accessories I did get.
Some flowers (12)
Sink
2 white patio chairs
Sofa
Purple sofa Chair
Bed
Dresser
Umbrella top only
1 fork
2 milk cartons
refridgerator
also there was an odd playpen not sure it is is MLP and a buggy, but I saw the buggy in the auction and knew it didn't go with the estate. SO how much of a refund would you guys ask for?

It's not your fault they didn't know what they were selling. You deserve a partial refund. How much did you pay?

Yeah well the seller is telling me to call UPS now that it was all there except fans and a table when it was shipped. I don't know what to do and I hate being nit picky over this. *cries*

Nit picky, what?!? You bought a set that was listed as complete and did not receive a set that was complete - simple as that. You probably paid a good amount for it too, which makes things even worse. I think a fair compensation would be $30-$35 depending on what you paid.

Well....I asked for a refund and no reply since he told me to contact UPS myself. He is a member her which is how I found the item, thru a reply to my wanted post. I am just so sad about this whole thing...It sucks, and I feel like a meanie for getting frustrated with the seller. This is what the auction said:
" HAVE A MY LITTLE PONY PARADISE HOUSE HAS BEEN PLAYED WITH BUT HAS ORIGANAL BOX THAT IS ON OUT OF SHAPE THIS HOME HAS ALL THE PEICES IT IS VERY BIG AND NICE IT IS IN THE BOX WRAPED UP SO I DONT HAVE PICS OF THE HOME OUT OF THE BOX BUT IF YOU WOULD LLIKE I COULD GO AND GET SOME JUST EMAIL ME YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS "

Another thing to add. If UPS did open your package, which is HIGHLY unlikely, it would say on the package it had been inspected. I don't know what this seller is implying about UPS. Personally I think they are trying to transfer the blame to UPS for their lack of knowledge on what should have been included in the set. I don't think this person necessarily sold you an incomplete set on purpose (I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt) but then again coming back and blaming UPS makes things VERY suspicious. Yeah UPS is opening packages and letting items fall out. Or better yet, UPS is opening packages they suspect might be pony merchandise and stealing Paradise Estate pony fans!
Bottom line, seller’s mistake (maybe unintentional) seller’s responsibility.
Good luck to you,
Renee

Oh dear...Well, it couldn't hurt. I'm not exactly sure what your full recourse could be. I would recommend calling the Paypal help line first 1-888-221-1161. Whatever they say I would still file the claim with Paypal. I really don't understand how this person can blame you for her mistake in not knowing what a "complete" set contains. Strange...like I said before maybe it was not on purpose but it was still her responsibility to correct her error. I wish more people would take ownership.
Again all the best to you,
Renee
