thisis so bad. when a parcel goes missin it is the sellers responsibility ot deal with it not the buyers necessarily. i had 2 parcels go missing, one i replaced wit hanohter from my personaly collection and the other i gave a refund and a free pony

This is how You as a buyer should be treated. with respect and the fact it arrived unopened as far as you could tell menas it is hte seller in error.

HER mistake....NOT yours. she has to deal with it. claim through paypal. kick up hell till you get what you deserve. we are all rooting for you.

i know that the paradise estate can be a large chunk of money and for such a large important part to be missing is dreadful

this issue was resolved. I am satisfied. I just wish I could have done it through email and not had to get paypal involved.
