Hi. I bought an argentina sweet tooth from her, and sent a check which she said she received and was going to deposit on April 19th. I got the check back as deposited, but haven't received the pony. I pmed her on May 9th asking about it, which she read but didn't respond to and then I pmed her again on May 12th, but she hasn't read or responded to that one either. I'm starting to get worried. Is anyone else waiting on ponies from her as well or know anything about her situation? Please lmk, thanks

I paid Wilmersgirl for two expensive items about the same time you did (mid-April) with a money order. I know it was cashed by the next week, and I have been trying to contact her with pm's here, at the TP, and emails. I have had one reply through the pm's here - she stated she had gone to Disney World, I believe, and that my package would go out soon. That message was on May 7 - I paid for priority mail plus insurance, and still no ponies. I'm getting concerned. The least she could do is send out a few messages or post here.

An update:
I'm still waiting. I know she has my money order and that it's cashed (or deposited). She's confirmed that, and she also said she'd be shipping it a few weeks ago, but I still don't have my MIB ponies. I've sent her other messages since that last pm, but she hasn't read them or responded.
Anyone heard from her? Anyone else having issues?
It shouldn't take this long just to ship out a few ponies. Would it really be a pain to send an email or pm for an update on what's going on, wilmersgirl, if you read this?

Hi. She still hasn't read my last pm, or sent the pony. I also paid for priority shipping. I'm hesitant to call her a scammer, because she did send the two taf ponies to that other person (i saw on the feedback) which I know where sold around the same time as ours. She's also had positive feedback until now. Still, this is exceedingly too long to not have sent the ponies off, even if she did go on vacation. She obviously had enough time to cash our checks and pm you that one time. Plus, if she is a scammer, it seems stupid to leave a traceable way back to her (via cashing the checks). Any updates, lmk.

I hope everyone's items get to them soon... Babyprincessnicole also has a thread on this at MLPTP and tootie tails posted a link to another thread where there was a misunderstanding with her.

Hmm...this isn't the first time she has acted "shady."
I helped to plan a pony meet a couple months ago. Wilmersgirl volunteered to donate the grand prize for the raffle, a MOC argie baby butterscotch. As of 3 days before the meet she said she was still coming (and still donating the prize), but the day of the meet she never showed up. Everyone at the meet was very disappointed in her for letting us down, not only for the prize, but also because we wanted to meet her. After the meet I PMed her about it, but she never responded.
Then a couple weeks later, I saw her selling the MOC argie baby on ebay. I contacted her through ebay, asking why she never showed up, and was now selling the "raffle prize" on ebay. She claimed she never got my PMs and that she thought the meet was cancelled, which made absolutely no sense at all.
Just a bit shady...

Hmm... she just checked my second pm and still has not responded. This really annoys me because she's obviously ignoring/avoiding talking to me. I'm also annoyed that I checked her feedback on the arena before doing business and saw all positives. It's only now that I hear about all this past stuff that's gone wrong (not that it's anybody's fault I didn't see it - I just find it annoying). I hate feeling like I have to resort to going to the police. Has anyone else heard from her lately?

Dude, just do it. She needs to learn sooner or later that her behavior cannot be tolerated. If you are sending her money, she needs to send you what is rightfully owed to you.

Thanks for all the info. I'm really not happy at this point, to say the least.
Does anyone know her ebay id? I searched using her email (graysonsmommy @ hotmail.com), and it came up that she has an id with 361 feedback, 96.5% positive, but it won't show me her id because we haven't had a recent transaction. If you think you might have dealt with her, please let me know? I have most of her info aside from her phone number, so we can compare info.
Thanks!
Nicole

her ebay ID is johnnydeppswife
Oh, and BTW, as for the "not having her phone #" thing, I must say that as far as planning the whole pony meet thing, she was always pretty sketchy about giving out her #. I mean, initially, she had said she could meet us for a preliminary planning meeting over lunch a month before the meet. In PMs, I asked for her phone number, stressing that it would only be used for last minute changes, etc, but she never gave it to me. I actually asked for it two or three times, and she never gave it, nor did she give a reason why she wouldnt give it out. She didnt make it to the planning meeting either (came up with some excuse or another). I can sort of understand why she wouldnt want to give her # out, but if she was planning on meeting us in person, not giving out a phone number seems kinda silly. Plus, of the 12 or so people who attended the meet, I think she was the only one who didnt give her phone #. Looking back, I can't help but wonder if she didnt give it out because perhaps she knew from Day 1 that she wasnt intending to actually come to the meet....?

Hey Prixton: I now have her phone number (I located it myself). I just called her a few hours ago in fact, and spoke to her about my items. She told me she sent them on May 8 (or 9?), the day after the pm she sent me when she returned from Disney World. I told her I still haven't received them, and she said she would send me the paperwork from the post office tomorrow. She knew I was babyprincessnicole on the boards, and said she had all the info she needed from me to send the attachments. I'm waiting now and hoping she will follow through so that if the items were lost in the mail, neither of us will be out any money. If she doesn't get back to me... well, I will deal with that if it happens, since I don't have any other choice.

I've been sending pm's, emailing her, and even sent a message to her via ebay (her id is johnnydeppswife). Still - nothing.
No replies, no evidence my package was even sent. I called again today and it just rang both times - I think she's avoiding me. I checked in my private messages sentbox, and she read one of the last messages I sent on the 18th. I also see that she's been bidding on several items on ebay just in the last few days. If she can bid, then she can contact me and give me tracking info and insurance info so I can file a claim if she did indeed send them.
So as of today, fairy heart and I are without ponies that we have paid for over a month ago (close to a month and a half). Tina says they were sent, but sends no proof and doesn't even contact us. I would like to believe that they were sent, but the evidence seems to be against that possibility.
I'm now looking into my options if she doesn't make this right - does anyone know if I can file a civil suit in Michigan if she is in Florida, or would jurisdiction fall elsewhere? The fact that it was a sale arranged online makes it difficult for me to determine. Does anyone know of a good legal site where I could locate an answer?
Nicole

hmm...too bad you didnt pay with paypal, I know you can file claims pretty easily with them. Otherwise, I am not too sure. I hope someone can help you there!
