she bought a plush parasol from me and about 10 minutes after i got payment i sent her an email saying that as she lived in hte adjoining town id drive it over at teh weekend (it was last wednesday).

the next day i get a message basically demanding i drive it over that same day. as i had an exam i politely said that was not possible as i had an exam.

yet again a message was received DEMANDING i drive it over on friday..but i had a 3 hour greek exam that day so i told her this. she sent me a message threatening me with paypal and generally trying to intimidate me.i replied with a long message


again she attempts to intimidate me

every day i get 2-3 threatening messages....doesnt encourage me to send atall. if shed said to me that first day "its for my daughter and her birthdays soon" i would have driven it over after my exam. but the threatening and theswearing and intimidation.....ive lived through enough of that with my mother....doesnt make me WANT to help he out

nw i am ill with a dental abcess .my boyfriend told me he posted it and didnt..... but to be honest i dont care as she is so flipping rude. so she opened an item not recieved dispute on tuesday which is 4 working days since payment due to the bank holiday.
out of sheer desperation during my illness i just sent her a refund and........

oh how nice i sent her a refund and this is her reply just received:
"U said you posted my item but i have NOT!! received it. and it would have been here by now. when did u send it? i f**king PAID for that item and you not sending it to me takes the p***. i dont want a refund, i actualy would like the item to arrive at my house. u cant just rip people off like this. i have PAID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! money. do u hear me. wot would happen if you had PAID for an item and didnt receive it after it had been almost 2 weeks? i dont think you would be happy. and im not. now when should i expect to receive my item?"

Sorry to hear that. I don't know who you have to speak to, but I hope you can clear things out and that that rude person just leaves you alone. :hugs:

she just negged me and i did so too. on hte plus it hurts her more than em as she only has 12 positives.

Wow, all that even after you were nice enough to offer to deliver it to her, and save her a few $$ on postage! Rude. This person has mental issues. Did you save the emails? I would send them to ebay. Maybe they'll take the neg off for you. Sorry you had to go through all that trouble!

I would just stop responding to her messages, first of all. Just don't talk to her at all, it will only encourage her to send you more messages. Then block her email address and block her ebay i.d. so she cannot bid on anything else you might sell (especially if you plan to resell the plush), the I would send ebay copies of the messages, explain calmly what is going on, and try to have them remove the unfair negative. ive done everything you guys hhave suggested but im even more worried i turned on my phone which i had off yesterday...and shes texting me there. please god make her go away

Could you pm me her user id? I think she sounds like someone I'd like to block.

I hope you've reported it to ebay. If she continues to harrass you consider filing a police report.

Text her back and tell her that you gave her a refund because of her harrassment, the transaction is complete and over, and if she continues to harrass you, you will involve the police. Then block her number from your phone. If she finds other ways to contact you, involve the police.

I went looking for her on ebay and from her feedback (Especially what she left for others) she seems to be a complete idiot, if not even a little mad. I feel so sorry for you and I think this person should really be removed from ebay.... I hope everything turns out allright in the end.

If she gets in contact with you one more time, involve the police. It sounds like she needs some mental help...and maybe a visit from he police with straighten her out.

Do you know if shes living with her parents? If so, this will help be even more.

I recommend getting the police involved if she keeps on harassing you. There is no reason for contact anymore if you sent her the refund and both of you have posted feedback. The transaction is over so contact from her is illegal, unless you guys were friends. She sounds like a real winner in my book. May I please have her user name?

Please send me her ID too :nervous: I definitely don't want her buying anything from me!

Oh that's just terrible! I'd contact the police if she contacts you again.
And about the negative feedback she gave you: you can add a comment, maybe asking people to check her feedback so they know you didn't deserve this feedback.
I hope she'll leave you alone and that eBay will remove the negative feedback and her too!
