Hello everyone,
I apologize for the length of absence but due to unavoidable circumstances I was out of contact with many people for a long time. I am sure many people are wondering what has been shipped or refunded and what hasn't, and I will get to that very shortly.

A very short explanation for my current troubles is as follows,
I lost my grandmother to cancer earlier this month and had to take a trip to Florida which took about a week and a half. I had virtually no internet access down there, and only found time to go on twice.

Many people assumed I was a scammer based solely on the fact I am baby Starshine, and they got frieghtened and filed with paypal. many of them DID get thier money, and by the time i got back home to sort and ship packages I had a negative paypal balance.

I sold most of the ponies that remained to a third party off line through my husband while i was in Floirda to help finance my trip down there and back. I then shipped a few of the packages out that had not gotten refunds and the rest i have been trying to work out with each person.

In the process and due to having to leave so suddenly i lost my job, and therefor that has made the financial burden even heavier. I am actively seeking employment and have 2 interview set for this week and Monday of next week, as soon as i get a job I will be working with each person owed and making arrangements for refunds or partial refunds.
I hope everyone understands i can NOT refund anything right now as i seriously have no form of personal incme and my husband is barely paying the bills with his income. I am fully willing to come through if given the chance, but i can not work miracles so I just ask for patience.

I do wish to request those that HAVE gotten thier packages please come forward and let everyone know.
Also, those that have gotten a refund through paypal please come forward.
I have proof of delivery on some items and proof of refunds as well but that will take a while to sort through as I have a graphic Design project due by school's start.

As for the pony generosity packages, i was apporached already by several people and it is in thegeneral best intrest of the community to not follow through with those packages. I am sorry for those who will be hurt by this but I no longer even have access to my Arena inbox in which the addresses for the delveries are, so it is not possible.

I'm not sure how long this is going to take (she says she's in the process of moving into a new apartment, and is having severe money issues from the loss of her job), but at least she's willing to work this out. I very much hope that she can get everybody what they're owed.

I've been talking to Lovely through email, too, but not for the last two weeks (since I was on holiday).

I am owed $19 for overcharge in shipping (which she agreed to refund) and possibly more because of problems with the items (one she sent the wrong item for, the other was very much not as described.) I'm mostly after the $19 for shipping difference though. Once the shipping comes through, we can discuss more about the items that had problems (though I'm not really concerned with them.)

The good thing is she's using the same username (lovely), and has mentioned that she is BabyStarshine. She's being very honest about it, and explained that the post was to kind of announce that she does have a past, and that she is going to be actively trading/buying on the board.

While I can't excuse her past actions, I do think she's doing the right thing under the circumstances; she's letting people know who she is so that they can make their own choices about dealing with her.

It might be a good idea for those of you still owed money or ponies to post in that thread, so that she knows she still has some things to get straight. Even if it only results in TP members being more careful about dealing with her, that would be something. She's had bouts of "honesty" before, so the fact that she's being almost welcomed there is a bit baffling to me, and could spell trouble for people not already familiar with her.

Lovely has told me that she just refunded Thunderwing and she has worked things out with mylittleponylover. If you could both confirm that in this thread, I think that will put others' minds at ease.

Thunderwing, if you have further issues that aren't being resolved, please make sure to make it known here, also.
