And I can indeed confirm that I did get a full $19 refund (in two parts, $5 yesterday and $12 today) for the difference in shipping that I was owed. Since I have a personal paypal account none of it was lost to fees and such.

As for the items that were not as described, I have dropped that issue. For a couple of reasons. First, it really is something of a trifle (only another $2 worth of value on the item not as described, and dissappointment 'cause I really wanted the blue float and not the pink one for the one that was wrong). And since Lovely is paying these refunds out of her own pocket because her friend refuses to cooperate it isn't fair that I make it more difficult on her than necessary. Especially with other people waiting in line for refunds. So I am content with the shipping difference sent back and I will just use the pink float to trade with. Not a big deal at all.

I'm happy things worked out for me and I'll continue to keep my fingers crossed for you others.

Well, I'd say I'm 'content'. To be happy I would have gotten the right ponies in the first place with no overcharge. But things worked out well enough for me to not be mad about it. "Content" is the best term for it.

still waiting ~ i have sent another email to her. it takes ages to get a reply and then all i hear is she still does not have a job, and can't afford to repay me. I'm out of pocket $65!!! I can't afford not to have this moeny back, and I have think i have been more than reasonable.. but this has been going on since the 31st May.
I know I can't have the ponies as she sold them, even though I had bought them ~ but i still need a refund.

I have not received my Bratz Ponies, yet.

Teasle, I sent her an email letting her know your frustrations, and asking her if she'd be able to at least send some of the money your way. Kandykisses, I let her know your package hasn't arrived yet, and I asked her for either a tracking number or a scan of the postal receipt so that you can at least be assured that it has been sent.

"Hello there, things are going well int he job area, and I did email teasle and inform her I can give her some of her refund when I get my paycheck in 2 weeks, I came in the middle of a pay period and there is a payment delay, which sucks. As far as the bratz ponies I am reshipping them tomorrow. I used an envelope that I had recycled and it tore open when I put it in the office shipment box for the mail. I have not made it into the office during business hours for a week until yesterday, so i can finally reship it, I am going to ship it through stamps,com this time so she will have instant tracking."

She said she will be mailing the package out on Monday, so make sure to contact her for a tracking number then, kandykisses. Teasle, make sure to contact her on Friday, 9/8 (if I've gotten that right; I'm assuming she gets paid on Friday).

I sent an email on 10th sept, and another one today. she did not reply to my last email. I'm still waiting. This has been going on for months, and i really need the money. I used money that was a present.. and its been totally wasted. apart from the fact i have a vets bill now that needs paying for a guinea pig that did not even survive. This episode is really getting to me now

I emailed her a few days before bumping this thread, and I haven't gotten a reply. I'm going to try contacting her again; I really hope this isn't how this is going to end.
