I have ordered from her before, I have normally had to wait 11 days, which I felt was too long to begin with. But that was probably due to her taking pre orders. I will give her another shot after this, but it is frustrating that since we are September orders and she has finished August almost 2 weeks ago we should have been served by now.
Hang in there girls! The hair is great quality and her colors are wonderful so you will not be disappointed by the product.

I'm gonna have to give her another shot, because I've got some customs that need "real horse" colors, like browns, blondes, etc. And they don't carry those over at custompony... I'm already peeking out the window for the mailman, and he doesn't even come for another 5 hours!

I was tempted to go check my mailbox now, it's way too early here too.
I know what you mean about the colors, I knew she was busy but I needed the golds and browns she carries.
We should take before and after pics of our bald ponies waiting for their hair and then after they look all beautiful! :)......if there ever is an after

It was my first order from her too - but I will tell you what even after waiting a month for my hair I will only buy hair from her - the quality the colors and the shine are so perfect I love it! I was very discouraged waiting so long but once the hair came all the bad thoughts went away

I got mine last week....I think I ordered around August 24th When she's not bogged down in preorders and such, her shipping time to me is about 5 days.

Well I checked the mail, no hair. But no bills either so that's good!

Just got my mail. I saw the mailman approaching with a box, so I sprang into action and met him at the door! Only then did I discover that it was a book shipment for my daughter... *sigh* I guess tomorrow's mail will be just as exciting, until it comes...

Guys, I'm so sorry that some of you are still waiting for your orders. I was only gone for a short while today, so I guess that's when Unicornucopia called me?? BUT as of October 1st, I am checking my e-mail on a daily basis, and if your order does end up being lost, I will replace it at my own expense, so please don't worry. For those of you in the U.S., if you're still waiting for a pre-order and it hasn't arrived, it has DEFINITELY gotten lost in the mail, in which case, please e-mail me (or call me) with your name and address so I can check my shipping records.

The last pre-orders were mailed September 17th, so if you're outside of the U.S., please give it a few more days. Airmail parcel post is supposed to take 7-10 business days, and it's possible that the post office people are taking a little longer than that, or there may be a customs hold-up as well. Please call your post office and inquire with them.

But please don't worry, I will make sure that you receive your orders!!

I sure hope that means that all orders placed after sept 1st are already in the mail before you offer that.

Guess what, guys! No DG Fakies for me! The local Dollar General was flooded last week when we had an onslaught of rain and still hasn't re-opened! Nothing left to do but sit on my hands! I'll try calling Tina again in a few minutes...
UPDATE!: I got a hold of her! We worked things out and I'm looking forward to pouncing my mailman Saturday or Monday! *Crosses fingers*

This is the deal: There is no way for me to check if my package is in Sweden yet ´cause we don´t have a "real" Post office anymore!!! The mailman delivers the mail as usual but the packages that are to big or to heavy or don´t go through the mailbox in my door are left at the store...and I will get a note that I have a package to pick up.
And how am I supposed to know witch company that brought my package into Sweden in the first place? I´m not going to call all of those places..BUT I will wait until the end of this week..(we don´t get mail on Saturday or sunday so it´s 3 days left....) I really hope it will arrive this week
