Grrrrrrr....I DID work full time AND I am in school (master's degree,for cryin' out loud) PLUS I have a 6 month old baby girl to care for, and never did I forget to either send my rtrades off myself or ahve my sister do it! No excuse for this.

I can be late sending off trades, but jeez, this is taking the piddle.

Yeah. You gave her something in return for something else. She did not give you what was rightfully yours. Granted, they are only ponies, but if you file anyways, it miht give her a swift kick in the rear and a wake up call..especially if more than one person files. It might scare her enough to complete the transaction.

I've been through this once before - theres no mail fraud thingie over here. No-one cares.

Can you get someone to do it on behalf of yourself? It sad that noone cares. It doesnt matter what was sent over. It could be a kids toy. It could be a car. If someone doesnt send over what is owed to the other person, then they have stolen what was due. Do the police not care if some burgler robs a bank or jewlery store? Same deal, different perspective.

Good luck on trying to sort this out.. be it with her or with you local reinforcement center.

Know what, I am going to write her a letter. To her mailing address..luckily which I kept. If anybody else needs it LMK.

How old is she? Is she living with her parents? If so, id address it to them, might kick start her...just a suggestion:D

It just doesn't though. Remember when I got set that multilated pony in the post? They never even bothered getting back to me, the officer who visited didn't even care. Sure, it was a pony, but it could have been anything nasty, you know? This would be the same thing. Post office wouldn't even be of any use here either. Screwed over.
