As of tonight, all pre-orders placed before 7-9-06 have been shipped. I will probably finish the July orders within a couple of days, so I'm thinking it will be about a week until ALL the pre-orders have shipped.

I just ordered hair on Friday so I will try to sit on my hands and wait patiently.

I recieved my pre order from May 5 last thursday (for 2 skeins) I know you said that you were sending them in the order they were recieved, so I was just wondering if maybe a larger order may take longer to get to me. I placed an order for 24 skeins on April 20 and I haven't recieved it. I tried calling a few times but have been unable to get through. I know you are very busy so I will try to call again.

Hi! If your order from April 20th was a pre-order, you definitely should have received it by now. Occasionally, the post office loses packages (we all know), and if that's what happened, I will take full responsibility for that and I will send out a replacement order immediately. Please e-mail me at velaria @ aol.com with your order info from your April 20th order.

Larger orders taking longer to ship? Well, not really, unless you order more than 6 or 7 hanks of one particular color. But a 24 hank order is still kind of on the medium side.

As far as answering the phone, there's no call waiting on that phone line, so if you call and I don't answer, it probably means that I'm on another call, so you can keep trying, or PM me (or e-mail me) your phone number, and I will call you.

OH- and this goes out to everyone who placed pre-orders before 7-9-06: if your order doesn't arrive within a week (or a week and a half for orders shipped outside of the U.S.), PLEASE e-mail, call, or whatever, and let me know! I want to make sure that no orders are lost in the mail.

darn it...I placed mine on the 9th....Am i in this batch or next? I am so indesperate need of my hair! I want to place another ordr but i want to get it faster, can pay the extra to get the Prioirty mail shipping. I have so many people waiting on customs, i just need that darn hair! PLease let me know if you will do Priority!

Mine came (I think I was one of the first to order back in May, lol). Love Hematite and Firebird. Great colors.

SO much progress! All orders placed before August 15th have been processed and were mailed today. Phew! I have been working ALL day!

Sevenbelles- I wish I knew who you were (I'm sure I do know you- your name sounds familiar, but I don't know you by your mlparena name), but your order has definitely been processed if it was placed on the 9th, and it would have shipped today. As far as priority shipping goes, anyone in the U.S who's interested in it, just add the $2.00 international shipping charge to your order, and then drop me a note and tell me it's for priority shipping. I should be able to figure it out anyway, if you add the charge and you're in the U.S., but it doesn't hurt to remind me.

I will not be able to expedite any orders for another week- that's how long it will take me to finish all of the pre-orders, and to finish all of the current orders that have come in.

So, in a week, shipping will be very fast (faster than it was in the past, now that I've hired someone to help process the orders). Thank God for that!

But I'm NOT complaining at all. I've been very fortunate, thanks to all of you. The people on the mlparena are some of the nicest people I've ever known on the internet.
