Lovebeam, given everything on this thread, I dont think that was called for. The reciept atlest shows that one of the packages is on its way..so I see no reason to keep on inflicting damage to one another.


Was it insured this time around? I cant tell on that reciept.

For what it's worth, I ordered the LDD tool on ebay just as she was beginning the "not selling them on ebay anymore" process. I kind of freaked out because right after I paid, she wasn't listed as a registered user anymore and someone directed me to this forum (which is how I got here in the first place, thankyouverymuch). I PMed her on here and LDD got in touch with me right away (within 36 hours or so)! She assured me that she received payment, and I would still be receiving the tool, and I did! It took about 10 days or so, but no biggie. So, basically, I had a good experience with LDD, even though she was going through a "transition phase" with eBay. There, that's my 2 cents.

I aggree lovebeam - it is completely rediculous. That is why I have trouble believing it. Yet, I check my mailbox every day and I haven't seen a package yet. I order things online all the time and never had a problem recieving one until now.

Sorry I just thinks comments about the transaction should be kept to people who are involved, people have previous experience with either party, or have something concrete to add to the discussion such as facts about shipping etc.

I don't see how such a comment as I quoted above is necessary at all. It was ridiculous, and could be seen as reasonably threatening what with the smilie and the ridiculous wording...all that plus accusing her of lieing!

No one knows anything yet, but Loa I apologise for my post, maybe I should have posted this first instead.

Well I am off to Paypal right now I am sending the refund that I promised to you. If it arrives after today please at least let me know it got there..

Would I be out of line to suggest a title change on this thread, to reflect the issue as having been resolved?

I know this was a very tough transaction for both parties but I think overall it was handled fairly well. I just wanted to say that.
