The only ones that come to mind are ponies that are dark purple with purple hair, like G1 Twinkler or Kimono. They've always seemed like they were black to me, and I'm sure you can guess why. The rest don't strike me as having any specific nationality or race or anything like that, so I guess they kinda default to being from my own country.

Edgar the elephant (do pony friends count here to) is definatly Norwegian.
Most of the Sweetheart Sisters seem like they are from France.
Kingsley the lion is German or Russian.
G3 Cupcake and TLP Tales Starlight are from Switserland or Checkelsilvakia (can't spell it)
MLP Tales Bright Eyes is Irish

Kimono is definitely Japanese. I always thought Rarity might have a hint of British in her... Desert Blossom is Irish because of her hair. Fizzy Pop (g3) always seemed Black, Lullabelle seems kind of Swedish/Russian, Pepperberry is Turkish, Desert Rose is from the Middle East (possibly Jewish, I don't know why, but she seems Jewish), Breezie is from Swizterland, and Sew And So seems to be a little Dutch.
Rainbow Dash seems kind of Carribbean, now that I think on it. I'm so random.

I have a duplicate of Daddy Apple Delight who has an Austrian accent. Yup.
Kimono is clearly Japanese...

Well, my "pony world" has always been based around the TV, so the accents used for the ponies on the television reflect their nationalities. So the ponies from the specials, movie and "MLP & Friends" are typically American, from individual states depending on how they sound, Pony Tales and G3 movie ponies are Canadian except (strangely) Bright Eyes is Australian and Miss Hackney is English. Oh, and Starcatcher is Australian too.
The ponies who never featured in the movies have the accents from the countries they come from. For instance, Raindrop and Night Light are German and Splash, Splosh and Splish are English. Any G1 pony who was sold worldwide is American to me. The G3s are all Canadian though. Some are from Vancouver, and some are from Saskatchewan to be precise. Except Starwberry Swirl and the few Euro exclusives - they're English. Hmm...
G2 Clever Clover is Irish, but I have no idea about the rest of the G2s.
