Are there ponies your collection that you see as being from a certain country? For example I have Gusty. And for some reason I've alwasy seen her as being Canadian. Its got to be her Maple Leaf I think. And Star Gleamer has alwasy been German to me, Daddy Sweet Celebrations is English, Desert Rose is Mexian and TE Fizzy is Italian. The rest are all non denominational. But those few are from specific backgrounds. Does anyone else get that impression when they look at their ponies?

In my herd, Crumpet and North Star are British. The rest of the ponies are no country specifically, which probably means they're American in my head.

i suppose Crumpet would seem British if i had her, due to the fact we don't really have crumpets in the U.S.. we have cookies, biscuits, crackers, even croissants, but "Crumpet" sounds very British.

Well, considering G3's, Kimono is Japanese... And so is Cherry Blossom.

All my Princesses are British because they are Royals!
My G3 Desert Blossom is Mexican because of her cactus symbol and all the Winters and Winter Snow are from the Northpole...

I only have a few figured out.

Tex is Canadian. Albertan, to be exact
Cupcake is Swedish.
Dancing Butterflies is French...
And Butterscotch is English.

As for G3s,
Glitterbelle is French-Canadian
Chilly Breezes is German
Winter Wish is Finnish
Velvet Bow is Hungarian.

Medly, FF Licketly Split and MLP Tales Melody seem African American to me.

Peachy is either African American or Chinese.

Gusty is definitely Canadian!!! Along with my Baby Tea Lily...Velvet Bow is from the North Pole...Pepperberry is Mexican..and Baby Moondreamer is from Turkey..

Desert rose's spanish name is Tierna Rosa (such a beautiful name :inlove:) ...She's Canadian but she speaks spanish

I'm sorry, but for some reason I find this whole thread took a bit of a disturbing turn.

I'd say my ponies are Dream Vallinites. I guess I've never thought about them as having human qualities enough to where they'd have accents and stuff.
