I know that the fact that Dollyhair no longer accepts Paypal has made things difficult for some of you so I have an idea to try.

I would be willing to place hair orders for people and have them pay me through paypal. All I would ask is that:

1. You pay me in advance for the hair and shipping from DH to me so I'm not stuck covering the cost out of pocket. Payment for shipping from me to you can be paid once the hair arrives and we know how much it will be (update: or I might be able to have the order shipped directly to you).

2. You cover the cost of one hank for me or pay me 50cents/hank, whichever ends up cheaper for you. This is totally optional, but would be appreciated

I have a fair amount of seller/trader Arena feedback for you to check out, if you like.

If you're interested just send me a PM.

*UPDATE* Just placed my first order for someone (the one who inspired this thread) and realized (though too late) that I could have had the hair shipped directly to the person I was buying for. If I place orders for someone else in the future we can try that. It would be cheaper to ship me one hank than for me to ship a whole order to the buyer

Why did they stop taking paypal in the first place?
It seems pretty odd to me as thats probably how most people would pay.

Something about Paypal's policies made it impossible/unfeasible for them to use it anymore (can't remember the exact details, but there is a thread about it somewhere on the Arena). DH wasn't happy about it either, but it was necessary.

i had that problem with dollyhair too but the take credit card payments too

but for people who do not have a credit card its a great chance you give them!

Hmm, this is weird. I ordered not even a month ago some hair on dollyhair.
And i paid with paypal. Guess i was just in time then! Without paypal i need to think about something else too

Yes unfortunately dollyhair stopped taking paypal payments pretty recently due to problems they had with paypal holding their funds for unreasonable amounts of time even though there was no issue with the transactions. I think thats why anyways .. its late and I might not be remembering right, but there is a thread or two about it so I'll remind myself of the details and edit what i just wrote if i need to .
