I'm trying to translate a simple phrase from English to Latin for a heraldry type picture (the little motto, you know) and the different online translators on the internet are giving me different options. It's very confusing!

The phrase in English:

We herald the sun.

What the online translators are giving me:

Nos herald sol solis.

AND

Sed quaedam praenuntia solis.

If someone could confirm that these basically say what the translators claim they do and are grammatically correct, I would be very grateful!

I majored in Latin! Latin's tricky to translate online. Both the translations they were giving you are kind of nonsensical.

I'd translate "we herald the sun" as:
Solem praenuntiamus.

Nothing says "heraldry!" like supporting animals who look like they're about to jump out at the viewer and savage them.
