First, I hope this is the right place. I couldn't think of where else it would go. I am a very new customizer, and last night I made my first DollyHair purchase. I was so excited that I entered my boyfriends address wrong.
When I back spaced to correct it it said my order had been submitted and then I received an conformation email from them. So I freaked out and emailed their Aol address and explained that I typed in the wrong address and provided the correct address.

When i re-read the email just now it said I could check the status of my order, and it read :

You MUST go to www.dollyhair.com/paypal.htm in order to submit your payment and complete this transaction. Otherwise, your payment will not go through.


Does this mean my payment didn't even go through?

I am so lost and confused, all I wanted was some beautiful pony hair.

Any and all help is deeply appreciated.

I think you did the right thing by emailing Tina.

I think she can correct this before the payment goes through!

She no longer accepts Paypal. How did you pay?

Hi, I've dealt with Tina before through email because for whatever reason, my house number didn't get entered. She emailed me to let me know about the error, and we resolved it quickly and easily. Did you email her with your order info? I would check your credit card to see if your order posted. If it did, I would email Tina straight away with all of the info, and just ask to change the address. If it didn't go through, I would consider the transaction voided and I would just try again. I believe that she no longer accepts payment through PayPal, but I would ask someone here who has placed a more recent order. She is really, really super accommodating and very helpful! Really?? Maybe I didn't. I only use PayPal and I wasn't asked to enter my pay pal info, just received the confirmation email. :/ I thought it had billed pay pal automatically since I had received the email.

If i remember correctly after you get your order conformation it should then take you to paypal to log in and proceed with payment conformation. I just used paypal to order some more apoxie sculpt, and almost forgot it sent to paypal afterwards. I belive dollyhair works the same way, hope this helps.

Whatever happened, try not to worry about it too much - Tina is a wonderful person and business owner and she totally understands that we all make mistakes. She'll work it out!

It sounds like your payment wasn't made yet. I ordered from dollyhair as well and you have to log in into Paypal so the transaction can be completed.

If anything turns out to be wrong though, just contact Tina. I can see how this made you feel sad, but i am sure it will all end well!

Dollyhair no longer accepts Paypal due to the issues she had with them. Your payment has to be made through one of the methods listed on the page I've linked.

Hello everyone, I've been seeing that Tina no longer takes paypal across the site recently. I am VERY confused because I just made an order to Dollyhair less than a week ago over the Christmas weekend and paid using Paypal.

I made the order as per normal, and then was asked to go to the page that Whoa1234 linked. It then pushed me to a page with an external application called 2checkout which did the Paypal transaction.

I am 100% positive that it went through because I asked Tina a question in the payments comments box, and she responded to it and confirmed that the order would be shipped.

How weird....you did the right thing by emailing Tina though. She'll get it all straightened out for ya!
