I know that she only came out in promo or something, but I can't find her on ebay or anywhere. Is she really hard to find? Was she even actually released?

she is only avaliable in europe and australia, and i think someone in mexico found her too. so yeah, she is pretty hard to find at the moment

Indeed, she was an International exclusive, meaning she was only available in a twin pack with Rainbow Dash in Europe and Australia (and Mexico it seems, why is a mystery). She is relatively elusive. I used to send many out in trades, but they're now all but gone from stores here.

There's still a lot of them around here too; but the twin packs are quite expensive here (around US$20)

Shes gone from stores in N.Z from what I can see. I haven't seen her since October. She was harder to find than Daisy Dreams anyway
