Hello ponies!

I promised to stay off if I can, but I just found a mysterious baby pony somewhere and I have no idea who she is. Please help me!

She is an orange-ish coloured (if it showed well on the pic) baby in baby Blossoms pose, with deep blue eyes, (i cannot see freckles) yellow hair and a strange symbol, maybe it is like a blue-green striped fish and 1-2 tiny white dots (bubbles?) around it. But it might as well be a striped fan or something, I cannot see it well.

Has anyone any idea what she might be?
