Three months to the big day!
Lots of prizes have been arranged for the day. And
only nine tables are left, so if you are planning to bring ponies to sell or show,
tickets must be purchased soon to avoid missing out.
I am getting the catering organized this month, so please let me know if you are planning to come and if anyone has allergies or food preferences.

Update: 21st March
The date and venue have now changed. I hope this is notice is soon enough as to not interfere with any bookings for flights or accommodation. The new date will be SATURDAY 17th SEPTEMBER. At the St Helen's community centre Glebe. This change will give us a larger space and a kitchenette.
We will have seven tresal tables and six round tables for our use. And fifty chairs.
If you plan on having a booth please let me know as soon as you can. I will be assigning the tressal tables first as they are larger, but if you want a smaller table let me know when you book.

a booth will only be avalible prior to the event, but the other tickets will be avalible to preorder and on the day.

Location: Glebe
I will be booking the hall next week, so if the date doesn't sound good speak up now.
At this point I am looking for people to help out with the fundraising. I already have had some wonderful girls helping, but there is still more needed.
We are using Cadbury chocolate fundrasing boxes to help get us the venue. I still have five or six boxes to sell, so if you can help please send me a pm.
This year I am going to have a banner made that can be used for all future
fairs, and I am running a competion for the design, if you have a good eye for design please enter
