Hey there! I'm GeekyBones, a long time collector who has recently returned to the herd. C: I'm 20- almost 21- and I live just outside of Atlanta, Georgia. I currently work as a general assistant/minion at my father's internet marketing company five days a week. I'll be switching to part time soon to go to school for a degree in either History or Anthropology with an intent to eventually get at least a Masters and work in the Museum/Archaeology field with a focus probably somewhere in western Europe. As for my other interests... Well, I'm just a big 'ole geek with a love of fantasy, tabletop RPGs, video games, conventions, and beepy electronic music (happy hardcore/hardcore techno, gabber, hardstyle, and eurodance especially).
Growing up I never had any My Little Ponies, but I have loved horses and other equines as long as I can remember. I rode horses for 10 years and have had a wide assortment of stuffed animals, figures, models, and other horse related collections over the years. When I was in the 6th or 7th grade, a friend of mine and I began playing with her older sister's ponies. I fell in love instantly and soon began collecting. I joined a now deceased pony message board- Twinkler and Tigerhawk's Little Purple Board of Destruction aka the TNT- and over the years got a decent sized collection of G1s and G3s. I never posted on the Arena back then, but I was always a lurker. After awhile, I drifted from the fandom and sold off the majority of my collection, something I still regret enormously.
Like so many others, seeing the new Friendship is Magic cartoon reignited the HUNGER within me. I focus almost exclusively on G1s, though there are a handful of G3s that I would be willing to add to my collection someday. I'm at about 35 ponies right now with always more coming into my collection. Restoring ponies is a major part of the hobby for me as well.
Anyway, I thought it would be fun to post here and there. C: Good to see the Arena's stayed cool all these years.

Western, I'm absolutely WORTHLESS at English haha. I dabbled in local level shows for Western Pleasure, but I would like to go back and do endurance riding sometime in the future.
