Too bad I can't afford to go :| I've never been to one

Clever location choice! There's definitely a lot to do in Orlando I don't know if I'm going to be able to go or not, but I've got my fingers crossed. If I manage to keep my teaching job (since I was only hired on for a 1 year person going on a leave of absence - who may or may not return), I'll find some way to make it..hopefully.

For those of you worried about the heat - remember - there are beaches (semi) close! Enjoy the water. My husband may get a beach vacation this year...even though I want to go back to the mountains, lol. Here's to hoping I may be able to finally make a fair... time shall tell.

Oh, I'd love to go! but Orlando's so far away, and besides, being a guy, I think I'd stand out a bit! ><

no you wouldn't
last year we had several guy collectors, plus there are guy supporters too. yes, you'd be outnumbered, but you wouldn't stand out in a bad way.

Firehooves, we'd love to see you there. I'm sure the other guy collectors around here can vouch for a good time. My man will be there. He doesn't collect ponies but he loves going to the Fairs. Every year, we see more and more Big Brothers, and I think that's just fantastic

Huge movie theater....with dine in theater and ones that serve alcohol to the over 21 set...not that I would know from experience or anything

I'll be there :)..no excuse not to since we head to Orlando about twice a month as it is!

Someone might be able to pick you up if they're going that way. Last year I managed to get a ride to Albany with the lovely Ivy.

Yay! I only lived about two and a half hours away from Orlando! XD I'm planning to go there since my family is staying at Lake Placid not far from Orlando. Mom is gonna drive me and drop me off there so she can do her own shopping at the Outlet Mall.
